Farnborough Airport has again retained its number one position in the Aviation International News (AIN) FBO Survey 2024, winning the category for the best Fixed Based Operator (FBO) within Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific. We have very high ambitions in everything we do and so consistently winning this award is hugely satisfying. However, when it comes to listening to the needs of our customers, we must never be complacent. We want to continually build a better product, including setting the standards for customer service and care. Being acknowledged as the best FBO outside of the Americas is well-deserved recognition of the collective efforts of our employees here at Farnborough Airport and we are deeply appreciative of the unwavering support from all those that took part in the survey.” said Simon Geere, Farnborough Airport CEO.
